All of Cinnamonkey Shrubs are made with organic apple cider vinegar with the mother.
The Mother is believed to be rich in health-boosting natural proteins, healthy bacteria and acetic acid.
We use a non-heat process to make our shrubs in order to maintain all the health benefits from the wide variety of fruits, nuts, vegetables, herbs, and spices infused into the vinegar.

This vinegar brings the taste buds back to those warm and heavy nights of summer, sitting on the veranda at the Villa drinking a refreshing shrub lemonade or prosecco and enjoying the good company of all those that have found the same slice of heaven as you.
This vinegar comes with a cocktail recipe printed on the bottle that is named after our favorite B&B but don't feel limited to just that as this vinegar is quite the versatile shrub and is great with vodka, gin, bubbles, as well as club soda, ginger beer, even a glass of hot water. Enjoy this shrub drizzled over your favorite summertime salads, incorporate it in your baked goods or even use it as a marinade for your chicken.
